Disclaimer & FAQ

Honest answers, clearly stated. This page explains what the content on Eat & Bloom can and cannot do, how we work, and how to reach us when something is wrong.
Medical disclaimer
The content on Eat & Bloom is for general information and education only. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here creates a doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship.
Talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian before you change your diet, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition (such as diabetes, kidney disease or high blood pressure), have or had an eating disorder, or take medication. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read here.
Nutrition information
Calories, macros and other nutrition values are estimates. They depend on brands, ingredient sizes and portions, and may not match your kitchen. They are not suitable for medical diet planning or for managing allergies, and we recommend a registered dietitian for those needs.
Recipe and food safety
Recipes and instructions are provided for informational purposes. Results vary with ingredients, equipment and technique. We are not responsible for:
- allergic reactions or dietary intolerances: always read ingredient labels and swap out anything that is not safe for you;
- spoilage, contamination or foodborne illness: follow safe food handling, cooking temperatures and storage times;
- injury or damage from kitchen equipment, heat, knives or blenders;
- differences in taste, texture or appearance.
Use your own judgment. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months, and raw or undercooked ingredients carry more risk for young children, older adults, pregnant people and anyone with a weakened immune system.
No guaranteed results
Food supports your health; it does not replace medical care. When we write about weight, energy, skin, digestion or any wellness goal, we describe what is known, and we do not promise outcomes. Results vary from person to person, and trending or viral recipes are not endorsed as safe or effective just because they are popular.
Images
The photos on this Site are created with AI image tools to illustrate each recipe. They show what a finished dish can look like, not a photo of a specific plate we cooked, and your result may look different.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Eat & Bloom is funded through display advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and its partners, which may use cookies (see our Cookie Policy). Advertising and commissions do not decide what we write or how we judge it.
Editorial standards
- Sources first: when we cite numbers or research, we link to the source, and we say when the evidence is limited.
- Safety included: we point out who should avoid a recipe or ingredient and where medication or a health condition may matter.
- Careful language: we avoid promises about weight loss, blood pressure, skin or medication, and we do not use miracle claims.
- Independent from sponsors: recommendations are not for sale, and any partnership is disclosed.
- Clear authorship: articles carry the name of the editorial author. Some authors are editorial names used by the publisher.
- Corrections: we fix substantiated errors quickly. Material corrections are noted on the article.
Linking to research is not the same as a review. An article is reviewed by our nutritionist only when it shows the line “Reviewed by Margarita M, nutritionist” with a date; read what that means on our How we review page. It is a nutrition review, not medical advice.
Accuracy and errors
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but mistakes and omissions can happen, and research and regulations change. Content may be updated without notice. If you spot an error, tell us (see below).
External links
The Site links to websites we do not control. We do not guarantee, and are not responsible for, their content, accuracy or practices.
Opinions and comments
Opinions expressed by authors are their own. Comments belong to the people who write them, who are responsible for what they post. We moderate comments and may remove any comment for any reason.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes the content?
Articles are attributed to their editorial author. See the About page for who we are, including our nutritionist, Margarita M, and how we work.
Is the content reviewed?
Articles that make a health or nutrition claim are reviewed by our nutritionist, Margarita M, and show the line “Reviewed by Margarita M, nutritionist” with the date. An article without that line has not been reviewed. It is a nutrition review, not medical advice: see How we review.
Can I use these recipes if I have allergies or a health condition?
Check every ingredient label and ask your doctor or a registered dietitian first. We flag common allergens where we can, but we cannot cover every case.
Are nutrition values exact?
No. They are estimates and change with brands and portions.
Does the Site show ads or earn commissions?
Yes: display advertising. See “Advertising and affiliate disclosure” above.
Can I republish a recipe or an article?
Sharing a link, or quoting a short excerpt (under 50 words) with a link back, is welcome. Copying full articles or substantial parts needs our written permission. See the Terms of use.
Are viral or trending drinks and recipes safe?
Not necessarily. Popularity is not evidence of safety. When we cover a trend, we look at the evidence and say who should avoid it.
How do I report an error or ask for a correction?
Email hello@eatandbloom.com with the page address and the specific claim. Substantiated corrections get a visible note.
Is my personal data collected?
Yes, to a limited extent: comments, messages you send, and technical and cookie data. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact page or write to hello@eatandbloom.com.
